Annual August Fundraiser was held on Sunday, August 15, 2010 to support Gabriel Garcia's battle with Leukemia and another recipient's medical expenses. The fundraiser was held from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm as an afternoon of FUNdraising and FUN! There were activities for the entire family (silent gift auction with 74 baskets, dunking tank, petting zoo, and children's crafts and auction). This event was a huge success with a total of $16,430.00 raised!
Fall Garage Sale was held on Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Donations of items for the sale were obtained through friends and volunteers of Raising Hope for Others, Inc. The event was successful with $456.00 collected. The remaining items from the sale were donated to Manna House, a shelter for women and children in Cliffwood Beach, NJ.
